School is very important to everyone and can be the deciding factor for your future. But the path of school is long and hard. Things I have against school is the fact that they don’t take in the fact about or outside lives. I spend 20 hours at gymnastics practice alone. Then I have to Work and help my family with their obligations. All while getting Homework done and making sure I know what the content is and that I can score well at a test. This leaves no time to actually enjoy what life has to offer. I never get any free time and school can really just frustrate me more than actually learn something. I never get any sleep because I am forced to stay up to do homework and my stress levels and anxiety levels are always high.

Gymnastics, when you hear that word you might think that its a sport for girls or that its all about balance and flexibility. There is much more to the sport than what you might think. I have been a gymnast for abut 9 years now and it has been the journey of a lifetime. I practice 6 times a week and each practice is 3 and a half hours long. Gymnastics consists of 6 events for men and 4 for girls. I compete each of the events during competition and my favorite event is high bar. Gymnastics requires strength, endurance, and acrobatics to flip through the air or hold a strength move.

Christopher Columbus is a very widely known man when it comes to the History of how the Americas were discovered and then settled in by the Europeans. He might sound like a cool guy but it turns out that he was a ruthless person who killed many people out of his rage. I personally think we should not celebrate him be because of his ruthlessness. The lives that he took are not worth the celebration of him landing in the Americas. We should on the other hand celebrate the fact that the Americas were discovered but not Christopher Columbus himself. The people that meet him when he discovered the land were very nice and helped him and his crew out a lot and in return, he killed them all.

If I were to go to any time period that I wanted then I think the best time period would be the 80’s. It might seem like a typical answer and it is a highly referenced time era but I think the 80’s would be a cool place to go to. I am a huge Geek when it comes to Rock and Roll. I love to play the guitar and I find it very entertaining to learn popular songs. I love to learn songs from the 80’s, from famous singers and guitarists. Like Gun’s and Roses, AC-DC, and other popular bands.
